Depression. Wintering. A quiet time.

"The Wave" is a tune about depression, both individual, and collective, as many look at the waves of the pandemic as similar to periods of depression. It asks us to get curious about depression, and imagine it as more of a moment in the natural ebb and flow of life, the seasons, and nature.

50% of every sale will be donated to Unison Fund, an organization that supports access to mental health services for musicians in Canada.
